I have been assigned a project to identify a document management system for our corporate infrastructure. I will be collecting notes and posting here as I find snippets of information that will help with the effort.
Duplicate Documents: This is a challenge for anyone sharing electronic documents. We have over 10 years of documents that have been kept in shared folders and mapped drives. We have our fare share of duplicate documents and lack of document managment policies.
